As a Business Intelligence Developer, you'll enable our customers to use their data strategically to operate more efficiently. You'll design solutions that make complex datasets easy to understand and act on.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for creating data models, developing dashboards, and maintaining data integrity. To do this effectively, you'll use tools like Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, and Power Query. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the underlying data architecture aligns with key business objectives.
The role requires deep technical skills along with strong communication and leadership abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Architect comprehensive data solutions aligned with business goals
- Develop, deploy and manage Power BI applications organization-wide
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within enterprise databases
- Develop and maintain data models aligned to business objectives
- Create reports and dashboards
- Analyze and visualize data
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Ensuring data governance and compliance
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of database management and data modeling
- Proficiency with Power BI tools
- Expertise in DAX, SQL, and other analytical tools
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience leading and mentoring BI development teams
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up
