About The Opportunity

Provide contract management support to Dayforce’s Sales organizations. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who appreciates a collaborative working environment that will lead to sales wins for Dayforce. This role is designed for someone who has keen attention to detail and has demonstrated proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure contracting requirements are effectively achieved, especially under deadline-driven situations.

This is a highly visible and instrumental role to our Customer and Revenue Operations team and Sales organizations. We are seeking an individual who has high energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast and deadlines must be hit without exception. You will have exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, experience at a fast-paced technology company, and critical-thinking skills to be successful in this role.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Analyze contract requirements and prepare customer contracts with medium complexity in accordance with established contracting processes, templates, terms, and department tools or applications.
  • Collaborate with team and other departments such as Sales, Negotiations, Implementation, Deal Management, and Order Management, to ensure contract alignment and business objectives.
  • Prepare customer contract amendments or letter agreements, as needed, in accordance with established templates and/or guidance from the Negotiations team.
  • Respond to complex inquiries or questions regarding contract administration and execute customer contracts.
  • Triage case requests and assign to team members and/or applicable departments (name change, storing and retrieving customer contracts including customer files clean-up, amendment, correction letter requests, customer contract-related inquiries, etc.)
  • Provide testing support for the CPQ and CLM releases, ensuring details in the Order Form and SOWs are populating accurately as configured.
  • Work on special projects, from time to time, as needed.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Good understanding of a variety of contracts, including customer contracts, vendor contracts and letter agreements.
  • Proficient in computer skills in all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and has experience in using Salesforce and a Contract Management Tool (CLM) system.
  • Comfortable working remotely while managing tasks with general supervision and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, with the ability to work flexible and extended hours during peak periods.
  • Has excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapts communication style to needs of the audience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organization and planning skills; must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and have a positive disposition.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business administration, commerce, legal or related field) or equivalent combination of education and with two to five years year related experience with contracts concentrations will be an asset (e.g. Legal Assistant Certificate is preferred). Experience working on contracts in an in-house or private practice environment.
