- To help the sales team in the onboarding of new partners.
- To help follow through unresolved partner issues for onboarding, kitting, and delivery.
- To do trade checks and perform on-ground resolution and escalation management.
- Provide valuable insights for trade visits and competitor scans
- Empathy and Motivation: Inspiring and understanding team members.
- Effective Leadership: Guiding the team toward achieving goals.
- Efficiency and Collaboration in coordinating with the necessary stakeholders
- Onboarding Efficiency: Efficient collaboration with the sales team and the onboarding team.
- Issue resolution recommendations: Provide sound, streamlined resolution recommendations for partner issues.
- Data-Driven Insights: Regular reports on performance and trends for trade visits.
Experience
- Proven Work Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role, handling administrative tasks related to sales processes. Has to have trade and on ground experience.
- Sales Data Management: Familiarity with managing and organizing sales data, including lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Order Processing: Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
- Sales Support: Exposure to providing support to the sales team, handling inquiries, and assisting with customer requests.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, documents, and sales-related paperwork efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with sales reps, clients, and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry, order fulfillment, and documentation.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Competency in data analysis, reporting, and creating spreadsheets.
