Email Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (WFH)

This role will involve building emails, journeys, automations and audiences and all aspects of

building and executing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, plus deep understanding email

strategy and email best practices. This role works closely with Salesforce Platform teams, as

well as client-facing and employee success departments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated,

creative, passionate about marketing automation, and is an established thought leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The email associate will develop and implement campaigns (Salesforce Marketing

Cloud) to nurture engagement and retention both internally and externally.

Build and launch emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Build emails for Journeys and set up journey flows in Journey Builder

Partner with internal stakeholders, attorneys, and strategy teammates to drive up

conversions from emails

Continuously update and monitor journeys and automations

Understand complex data relationships and build audiences preferably using SQL

Work alongside the marketing, operations, strategy, IT, and other internal teams to

execute business initiatives.

Help to identify gaps in client communication and recommend solutions to contribute to

overall success

Experience editing HTML templates, extra points for experience building responsive

email templates

Willingness to learn SQL

Email strategy to build open KPIs

Email Best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Email Marketing (1+ years)

Experience with setting up Automations

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (1+ years)

Basic SQL Experience

Basic Ampscript or SSJS a plus

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Experience working in a fast-paced, minimally supervised environment

Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to manage

individual work as well as the flexibility to help others and step in to build emails if

needed

Must be a creative, open-minded, and outgoing team-player
