POSITION: SALES ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise and manage the sales administration team to ensure efficient support for sales operations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for sales administration tasks.
  • Monitor and manage sales contracts, documentation, and client records.
  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of required documents by clients.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, marketing, operations, customer care) to streamline sales support functions.
  • Handle escalations and resolve administrative issues related to sales transactions.
  • Optimize CRM and sales tracking tools for efficient data management.
  • Conduct training for sales admin staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor sales performance and attendance of the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Business related courses.
  • 5 - 8 Years of experience in Sales Administration and Documentation.
  • Experience in Real Estate or Property company preferable in Sales Administration
  • With Project Management, Cost, Time and Scope Management, and SAP Skill set
  • Excellent skills in MS Office
  • Ability to pay attention to details and excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work ONSITE at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
