Role Overview:
The Marketing & Partnership Coordinator will focus on building and nurturing relationships with SME service providers, offering referral partnerships to drive clients into our funnel. This role requires someone who is highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of creating and refining systems and procedures to optimize outreach and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to SME service providers to establish referral partnerships.
Develop and implement effective systems and procedures for managing partnerships.
Manage outreach through email , phone calls, and follow-ups to build relationships.
Track and analyze partnership performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and partnership strategies.
Draft professional, persuasive email s and make confident phone calls to partners.
Maintain accurate records of all partnership activities and communications.
