Key Duties:
- Assist in pre-sales support activities including account mapping and proposal development.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Act as a point of contact between sales, operations, and finance teams for smooth transitions of client needs.
- Manage scheduling for meetings and presentations with clients and facilitators.
- Support post-sales activities including client feedback collection and invoicing.
Skills And Experience
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, ideally within an education or training environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and operations in a service-oriented business.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, ideally within an education or training environment (RTO experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and operations, in a service-oriented business.
- Familiarity with the delivery of leadership, management, and project management qualifications is an advantage but not a must.
- Experience in working with a CRM system, project management software, or similar tools is desirable.
