As our Executive Communications & Brand Associate, you’ll work closely with the Founders to drive content creation, thought leadership initiatives, social media presence, and PR activities that elevate the firm’s visibility. You will collaborate with partners, global teams, and Selion Global Retreats to deliver consistent messaging across platforms.
This fully remote role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within a globally focused leadership advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging content for senior executives, including articles, blogs, website copy, LinkedIn posts, and internal communications.
- Shape and scale the brands’ voice across public platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Highlight trends in business, leadership, and organisational culture through positive storytelling.
- Lead strategic communication planning and branding initiatives to enhance Selion Global’s presence.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to create thought leadership pieces and brand expansion campaigns.
- Manage and grow Selion Global’s social media presence, driving engagement and thought leadership.
- Coordinate with Selion Global Retreats to support joint initiatives and events.
- Build relationships with media and PR partners to boost brand visibility.
- Oversee communication deliverables, including presentations, newsletters, reports, and intranet content.
- Proactive & Independent: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Skilled Communicator: You craft compelling, professional content tailored to senior executives.
- Organised & Reliable: You thrive in dynamic consulting environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: You work well with leadership and support teams globally.
- Client-Focused: You understand the importance of delivering value to clients in a service-based industry.
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, branding, digital marketing, or PR within consulting, professional services, business schools or corporate settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Flawless English writing and communication skills.
- Work Closely with Leadership: Partner directly with the Founders to shape Selion Global’s brand.
